SB14 HFA Hornbuckle 3-12 #2 [amendment to SB14 HFIN AM 3-10 #1]

            Delegate Hornbuckle moves to amend the amendment on page 34, Section 5, line 16, after the words “this article.” by inserting the following :

            “Of every two charter schools authorized, one must be established in a area of a county where it’s students are statistically in the bottom twenty-five percentile of that county’s high school graduation rate.”
